Loosening shovel pillars and accessories
Soil tillage machine with chisel-shaped working parts, only loosening the soil without turning it. Also known as chisel plow. In the conventional tillage system, it is used to break the solid soil layer formed at the bottom of the tillage layer due to long-term plowing with a spar plow, which has the effect of water storage and moisture conservation; in the less tillage, no-tillage system, it is used to carry out deep soil loosening, not to disrupt the soil layer, and retain the stubble to cover the surface, reducing the evaporation and loss of water.

Soil tillage machine with chisel-shaped working parts, only loosening the soil without turning it. Also known as chisel plow. In the conventional tillage system, it is used to break the solid soil layer formed at the bottom of the tillage layer due to long-term plowing with a spar plow, which has the effect of water storage and moisture conservation; in the less tillage, no-tillage system, it is used to carry out deep soil loosening, not to disrupt the soil layer, and retain the stubble to cover the surface, reducing the evaporation and loss of water.
There are two kinds of chisel loosening machine: deep loosening and shallow tillage. The working part of deep loosening chisel loosener is a deep loosening shovel composed of bent or inclined steel shovel handle and triangular wear-resistant steel shovel head with cutting edge (Figure a); multiple deep loosening shovels are arranged in a herringbone shape, and the plowing depth can reach 30~45 cm. The loosening shovel of chisel loosening machine for shallow plowing is composed of bow-shaped elastic shovel handle and shovel head (Fig. b), and each machine can be equipped with 2 to 4 rows of loosening shovels staggered in front and back; the elastic shovel handle generates vibration during operation to enhance the effect of soil breaking. The plowing depth is generally 10~15 cm.
